What’s New In The News

While the Republicans are still busy looking for Superman to run for President,  President Obama is running as the incumbent this time. From finding and killing Osama bin Laden to saving Chrsyler, GM and the auto industry, passing universal health care, President Obama has proven that he is a president deserving of a second term. But, will it be enough to get out the 2008 first time and other  voters out again in 2012?  15 million first time voters came out in 2008.  What is needed to get them out again? Will the high unemployment rate stall the President’s need for African Americans, women and young adults to come out? Or will the new photo ID laws disenfranchise many voters who do turn out?

The Penn State sex abuse scandal is going to bring many twists and turns, hold on to your hat and stay tuned here for the latest commentary on it and other high profile cases and new laws.
